01 Acceptance of Terms

Walking the Pebble Path in Zen Garden — Pebble Path means you accept these Terms. May the journey be peaceful.

02 What the Game Is

⚠️ Zen Garden — Pebble Path is a free relaxation tap game. It contains no gambling, no real-money mechanics, and no prizes. Pebbles, koi, and points collected have no financial value outside this browser window.

03 License to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. This license does not include any right to:

Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game or any of its content.
Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Game's code.

04 Game Content

All creative content in Zen Garden, including its visuals, gameplay, sound design, and written text, is protected original work. No artifact, scroll, or visual element acquired in the Game has any real-world monetary value.

05 Fair Play

You agree to play the Game fairly and lawfully. You will not:

Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, bots, or unauthorized third-party software to manipulate scores.
Attempt to interfere with the Game's normal operation or compromise its security.
Use the Game in any way that could harm other users or third parties.

06 No Real-Money Gambling

Zen Garden has no gambling features, no wagering, and no real-money loot. The only thing at stake is your high score.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Zen Garden team bears no liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game — including loss of progress, data, or device performance.
